Property Fire Protection

The new Regulation for property fire protection (Government Gazette B’ 3475/24-05-2023) concerns properties of every category (residences, hotels, industries, commercial activity properties, etc.) located within or near forest or grassland areas and peri-urban green spaces (groves, etc.)

Our company undertakes the complete preparation and processing of the “file”, as provided by the recent relevant Regulation, namely:

• Preparation of the Property Hazard Assessment Form
• Preparation of a Technical Report on the required fire protection measures, according to the hazard category of each property.
• Preparation of the required floor plan, with all necessary elements recorded on it for the implementation of the Regulation
• Preparation of Owner’s Declaration of Compliance with the provisions of the Regulation.

In addition, our company can undertake:

• The processing and/or supervision of the works that may be required for the property’s compliance with the new Regulation
• The preparation of a detailed protection, evacuation or escape plan for people in case of fire
• Certification of properties regarding the suitability of the property for staying inside it in case of fire
